The workplace strictly prohibits:
1. Unwanted advances or requests for sexual favors. 2. Verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.

3. Reporting Procedure:
Report incidents to your supervisor or HR immediately, verbally or in writing. Provide details of the incident, including date, time, location, involved individuals, and witnesses.

4. Investigation Procedure:
We promptly and confidentially investigate all allegations. Interviews, document reviews, and appropriate disciplinary action follow confirmation of harassment.

5. Disciplinary Action:
Harassers face disciplinary measures based on the offence’s severity, such as warnings, suspension, demotion, or termination. Corrective actions will address the effects of harassment.

6. Designated Committee:
A designated committee of at least three members, with 50% women, will investigate complaints impartially and confidentially.

7. Confidentiality:
While maintaining confidentiality, we may disclose information for thorough investigations, informing the complainant and witnesses accordingly.

8. Retaliation:
Retaliation against complainants or participants in investigations is strictly prohibited and will be met with appropriate disciplinary action.
